Below are the steps as guide for your employees' BPI ePayroll account creation:
- Reference Code validation
The employee must enter the unique code sent to registered email address, then click “Continue”.
Note: Field is not case sensitive (e.g., a74f5c94e1) - Confirm the company name
Validate & input the company name then tap "Confirm". The employee must then click “Yes” to confirm application. - Citizenship, Age, and PH address
The employee must confirm age and citizenship. If the employee is Filipino and of legal age, click “Yes”. - BPI Data Privacy Statement
The employees must read the BPI Data Privacy Statement. Once done, proceed by tapping the “Continue" button. - Confirm contact details
The employees will be asked to confirm the registered email address and mobile number. Click “Continue” to confirm and to trigger One-Time PIN (OTP).
Note: For security purposes, only a hint (or the masked email address & mobile number) will be shown to the employee. - Verify email address via OTP
An OTP shall be sent to the employee’s registered email address. Input OTP then tap “Continue”. A success message will appear to confirm that the email address is correct.
Note: Retrieve the OTP sent via email, the sender will be BPI Online. - Verify mobile number via OTP
Another OTP shall be sent to the employee’s registered mobile number. Input OTP then tap on “Continue”.
Note: Retrieve the OTP sent via SMS, the sender will be BPI-OTP. - Confirm the personal details
A success message will appear to confirm that the mobile number is correct. Tap "Continue".
The employee will then be asked to review and provide other important credentials to proceed with the application. Once done with the review, click “Continue” to proceed.
Note: Validate the full name and date of birth (with date of birth format YYYY-MM-DD). - With existing BPI account
Validate the full name and date of birth (with date of birth format YYYY-MM-DD). Tap "Confirm" to proceed.
Then. tap "Login" to proceed to Username, Password, and OTP verification.
Note: Employee with existing BPI account but not yet registered in Online Banking is required to register to BPI Online. Tap "Register" to create a BPI Online Account first. - Login to BPI Online
Input the existing username and password. Tap "Accept" to proceed to OTP verification.
Tap "Submit" to proceed to the next page.
Note: Employee will skip the following screens:
-- Encoding the other Personal Details
-- Encoding the Address Details
-- Selecting the Job Title - Personal and Address details
Input the complete Mother’s Maiden Name, then select the City of Birth, Gender, and Marital Status. Tap "Continue" to proceed to next step.
Input the complete address (Home or Permanent Address).
Note: All of these fields are mandatory except for Floor & Building field; leave these sections blank if not applicable.
Tap "Continue" to proceed to next step. - Validate employment details
Select the job title from the drop-down list. Tap "Continue" to proceed to next step, then provide permission to use the device’s camera to take a photo or upload a photo of the valid ID. - Select the ID type
Employee must provide at least 1 valid ID. Click the drop down to select the type of ID that will be provided, then click “Continue”.
The employee will choose how the photo will be provided: Take Photo, Library, or Browse. - Upload photo of the ID
Front: Focus the ID within the frame, then tap "Capture".
Tap "Confirm" to proceed to next step, or tap "Retake" to take a photo again.
Back: Tap "Continue" to capture/upload.
Tap "Confirm" to proceed to next step, or tap "Retake" to take a photo again. - Terms and Conditions
The employee must read the Terms and Conditions. Once done, proceed by ticking the “I Agree" button, then click “Continue”. - Select the branch for card pick up
For the Final Step, the employee nominate an “Area” and “Branch” where to pick-up the BPI Debit Mastercard. Select the Area and Branch from the drop-down list.
Once done, click “Continue”. - Review the personal information, address details & employment details
The employee must review the application if all the details are correct.
Tap "Confirm" to proceed or, tap "Edit my personal information / address details / employment details" to update some of the fields
If so, the employee can proceed by clicking “Confirm”. Tap "Continue" to go back to Review your application page - BPI Online Banking creation
The employee must nominate a Username and Password to have a BPI Online account. Tap "Submit" to complete the application.
Once done, the employee can proceed by clicking “Confirm”. Do not close the browser while the application is being processed/approved. - Application result screen
A success message will appear in the screen as a proof of successful application.
Employee can immediately log in to BPI Online to view the complete 10-digit ePayroll Account Number. Tap "Okay" to go back to main page. - You should also get an email for an account opening confirmation:
