To suspend your BizKo account, you need to go to your BizKo app’s login page.
Step 1. Security Options
- Click “Security Options” below the “Sign In” button.
- Select “Suspend my Account” on the pop-up page.
Step 2. Login Credentials
- Provide your BizKo username and password for the required details needed.
- Click “Submit” to proceed.
Step 3. Confirmation Page
- A confirmation page shall prompt. Click “Yes” to proceed.
- An acknowledgement prompt shall be displayed afterwards, with your reference number once done.
- Please take note of your reference number.
NOTE: Suspending your account hinders you from logging in and transacting online. You have the option to unsuspend this at any given time using the Unsuspend my Account feature.
