Security Options – Suspend My Account (Web)

To suspend your BizKo account, you need to go to the BizKo website’s login page.

Step 1. Security

• Click “Security” on the lower part of the BizKo website’s login page, below the “Sign In” button.
• Select “Suspend my Account” on the next page.

Step 2. Login Credentials

• Provide your BizKo username and password for the required details needed.
• Click “Submit” to proceed.

Step 3. Confirmation Page

• A confirmation page shall prompt. Click “Yes” to proceed.
• An acknowledgement prompt shall be displayed afterwards, with your reference number once done.
• Please take note of your reference number.

NOTE: Suspending your account hinders you from logging in and transacting online. You have the option to unsuspend this at any given time using the Unsuspend my Account feature.
