BizKo - BPI ePayroll Process

BPI ePayroll is a digital payroll solution designed for BPI BIZKO clients​, a new and simplified mode to open payroll accounts and reduce dependence on the traditional manual branch account opening process . It facilitates employee payroll account opening and onboarding​.

Follow the steps below to start your employees' BPI ePayroll account processing:

1. GET LIST​
   Email BizKo@bpi.com.ph to request for the ePayroll Application List template.
2. CREATE LIST​
   Create your ePayroll Application List containing your employee's information.
3. EMAIL LIST
   Email your password protected ePayroll Application List to BizKo@bpi.com.ph. BizKo Team will send an email acknowledgement to you once received.​
   Note: Bizko Team will facilitate the uploading in BizLink.
4. COLLECT ACCOUNT NUMBERS
   Remind employees to finish the online account opening and to give you their account numbers for payroll crediting.​
   Note: Employer Name will display BIZKO for all BizKo ePayroll account opening.  ​
5. PAY EMPLOYEE​
    Log into BizKo and go to Pay Employees to credit salaries.
