To unsuspend your BizKo account, you need to go to the BizKo website’s login page.
Step 1. Security
- Click “Security” on the lower part of the BizKo website’s login page, below the “Sign In” button.
- Select “Unsuspend my Account” on the next page.
Step 2. Login Credentials
- Provide your BizKo username and password for the required details needed.
- Click “Submit” to proceed.
- A confirmation page shall prompt. Click “Yes” to confirm.
Step 3. BizKo PIN
- You then need to enter your BizKo PIN to proceed with the unsuspension. Click “Submit” once provided.
- An acknowledgement prompt shall be displayed afterwards, with your reference number once unsuspension is confirmed.
- Please take note of your reference number.
NOTE: Please note that only suspended accounts can be unsuspended.
