To lock your BizKo account, you need to go to the BizKo website’s login page.
Step 1. Security
- Click “Security” on the lower part of the BizKo website’s login page, below the “Sign In” button.
- Select “Lock my Account” on the next page.
Step 2. Provide Information Required
- Provide your BizKo username, birthday and mobile number for the required details needed.
- Click “Submit” to proceed.
Step 3. Confirmation Page & Reference Number
- A confirmation page shall prompt. Click “Yes” to proceed.
- An acknowledgement prompt shall be displayed afterwards, with your reference number once done.
- Please take note of your reference number.
NOTE: Locking your account prevents you from signing in and conducting online transactions. To re-activate your account, please contact BizKo customer support group by sending email to bizko.customersupport@tellysystems.com.ph.
Temporary password shall be sent to the email. First time login upon unlocking account will trigger change in password.
