Click on “Menu” and go to "Payments & Transfers” then tap “Pay Government”.
Select government agency to pay from the list (e.g. PAGIBIG, SSS, NBI, DFA, NSOHELPLINE.COM, MARINA, etc.). Then, follow the steps below:
Step 1. Create Payment
- Select the account to pay from.
- Provide the Government Agency Details and the Payment Details
Step 2. Payment Confirmation
- Review and confirm transaction details.
- If you have a promo code, input it on the "Do you have a promo code?" slot and tap "Apply".
- If all is correct, tap on “Submit”. Otherwise, tap “Back” to cancel or update the transaction details.
Step 3. Confirm Pay Government
- For transaction verification, you will receive a One-Time PIN (OTP). Key it in on the OTP verification screen.
- Finally, an acknowledgement page will display with transaction reference number.
NOTE: Fields in the Government Agency Details may vary based on the selected Agency to pay.
For SSS payments, please make sure you have a Payment Reference Number (PRN). You may generate a PRN in Bizko first. (Individual payment for contribution payment type).
For PAG-IBIG, you will be required to provide additional details if PAG-IBIG member does not have complete details before proceeding.
TIPS:
- If you do the same transaction in the future, to save some time, you may save the transaction as a template. To save the transaction as a template, type in your preferred template name on the template field and click “Save”.
- You may tag or categorize the transaction to narrow down your search filter for reporting. To categorize the transaction, click “Tag the transaction”.
- To download or email the transaction receipt, click “Options”.
