How can I get my full account number? Your complete ePayroll account number is readily available and viewable in your BPI app. Just download the BPI mobile app from the iOS App Store or Android Google Play Store and log in your BPI Online Banking credentials.
Can I already use my account number to receive my salary? Yes. Your ePayroll account can already receive the salary credits as initiated by your employer.
Can I immediately fund my account? Yes. You may fund your account through our BPI Cash Accept Machines (CAMs), transfer funds via InstaPay from other local banks/eWallets, or deposit over the counter via any BPI branch (over-the-counter charges apply).
I have completed my application and saw the debit card number in the email confirmation. Where and/or when can I pick it up? You may pick up your BPI Debit Mastercard at your chosen BPI branch. The availability of the card depends on the location of your chosen branch: > 5 banking days for Metro Manila > 7 banking days for Luzon (outside Metro Manila) > 14 banking days for Visayas and Mindanao
Will it be delivered in my current address or our company address? No. Currently, the delivery of the ATM Debit Mastercard is not yet supported. You must pick up your BPI Debit Mastercard at your chosen BPI branch once available.
I have completed my application, but it says here that I must visit the nearest BPI branch to request for a card. What happened to the branch that I have selected to pick up the ATM Debit Card? Your chosen branch will not be able to receive any ATM Debit Mastercard under your name. However, you may still visit the same branch or your other preferred BPI branch to request one.
Can I still visit the branch that I have selected to request for an ATM Debit Card? Yes. You may still visit the same BPI branch to request for an ATM Debit Mastercard.
Can I visit a different branch instead of the first branch that I have selected to request for an ATM Debit Card? Yes. You may visit your other preferred BPI branch to request for an ATM Debit Mastercard.
Can I keep my account without the ATM Debit Card instead? If you have an existing BPI deposit account and was able to complete your ePayroll account opening application by logging in your BPI Online banking credentials, you can keep your ePayroll account without an ATM Debit Mastercard. If you don't have an existing BPI deposit account apart from this newly opened ePayroll account, you must visit your chosen BPI Branch or any of your preferred BPI Branch to complete the KYC and unlock the full functionality of your account such as making Funds Transfer, Mobile Prepaid Phone Reload, and Bills Payment via BPI Online or BPI Mobile app.
I have completed my application, but it says here "We are unable to process your online banking account right now. Please try again tomorrow…", and to go to BPI Online and register my ePayroll account. What happened to the username and password that I have created? Your initially nominated BPI Online banking username and password during your application will no longer materialize. However, you can still manually register your ePayroll account to BPI Online Banking by visiting our BPI website or downloading the BPI mobile app from iOS App Store or Android Google Play Store.
Can I keep my account without the Online Banking instead? Yes. However, we highly encourage you to have a BPI Online banking account. Having a BPI Online banking account offers numerous benefits.
