I have completed my application and already received the email confirmation saying that the account will be limited to credits only until I claim the debit card within 30 days. What does the "account will be limited to credits only" mean? Your account may already receive funds such as your salary credits from your employer. However, to unlock the full functionality of your account such as making Funds Transfer, Mobile Prepaid Phone Reload, and Bills Payment, you must visit your chosen branch to claim your ATM Debit Mastercard and complete the KYC.

Can I request for my ATM Debit Card to be sent to my home/office address instead? No. Currently, the delivery of the ATM Debit Mastercard is not yet supported. You must pick up your BPI Debit Mastercard at your chosen BPI branch once available.
