The "Continue" button seems to be not working in Terms and Conditions. What should I do? The Continue button will only be enabled upon accepting the Terms and Conditions by ticking the box in "I agree to the Terms and Conditions“.
I am already reviewing my application and found that I made a typo in one of my personal information, can I still update/correct it? Yes. Just simply tap/click the Edit my personal details. After editing/updating the necessary information, tap/click the Continue to redirect back to Review your application screen.
I lost my internet connection during my application / I accidentally close the browser while filling out my application. Do I have to request for a new reference code to our HR? No. Your incomplete or draft application can still be continued within the validity period as indicated in the email and SMS invite.
I have already uploaded the photo of my ID and just continuing my application that I have started, can I skip the uploading of the ID? Only the re-uploading photo of your valid ID is mandatory and cannot be skipped in continuing your incomplete or draft application. Once completed, you will be redirected to the page where you last left off.
