I was told that I can upload my NBI clearance but I can't find it from the list of ID Type, can I select any of the ID type there instead? Please scroll down and select the "Others" from the dropdown list.
Can I upload the photo of my ID in a PDF/Word format? Please upload a colored image of your valid ID in JPG, JPEG, or PNG format only, as system will not accept the photo in different file format.
