The Continue button seems to be not working in Data Privacy Statement. What should I do? The Continue button will only be enabled upon accepting the BPI Data Privacy Statement by ticking the box in "I agree to the BPI Data Privacy Statement.“

There is/are typo error in my Name and/or Date of Birth. How can I update this? Your personal information encoded by your employer cannot be edited at this point. Kindly tap/click the "Incorrect details" and reach out to your company's HR to update your personal information. You will be re-endorsed by your employer, and expect a new Email and SMS invite with your new Reference Code.

An "error prompt" appeared after confirming my Name and Date of Birth, saying the application cannot be processed at this time and to proceed to the nearest branch. What should I do? To complete your “payroll account opening application, please visit the nearest branch and bring one valid ID. Kindly present your email and/or SMS invite as endorsement of your company to open a Payroll account.
