How can I request for the deactivation of the Unique Reference Code of the employee? The unique reference code will automatically be expired after 7 calendar days, or soon as the application has final disposition - Successful or Unsuccessful.
My colleagues already received their unique reference code via email and SMS, but I am yet to receive mine. Where can I follow up the details? For SMS invite, kindly check your inbox and look for any message with sender ID "ePayroll". For Email invite, kindly check your inbox and look for any message from "no-reply@bpiepayroll.com". You may also check the Junk or Spam folder. If you did not receive any reference code at all, please reach out to your company's HR to verify your mobile number and/or email address; or to verify if you were endorsed already. Please note that the email and SMS invite will be after an hour from successful endorsement of your company's HR.
Can I add another email address and/or mobile number to receive the reference code? Only one email address and mobile number can be nominated for each ePayroll endorsement.
Can I change the email address and/or mobile number instead? Please reach out to your company's HR to update your new mobile number and/or email address and to facilitate re-endorsement of the application.
My reference code is expiring soon; can I request to extend the validity? The Unique Reference Code is set to automatically be deactivated after seven (7) calendar day. Please reach out to your company's HR for re-endorsement, and expect a new Email and SMS invite with your new Reference Code.
