What if the uploaded ID of the employee is no longer available for presentation at the branch upon pick up of the ATM Debit Mastercard?
Employee may present any of the acceptable IDs upon visiting the branch for pick up of the ATM Debit Mastercard.
Can an authorized representative claim the ATM Debit Mastercard on behalf of the employee?
No. An authorized representative cannot claim the ATM Debit Mastercard on behalf of the employee. The employee must personally collect the card to ensure proper verification and security.
