Here are some steps to try and take note whenever your employee experiences issues on their BPI ePayroll application process:
- Error in creating the ATM card
If an error occurred in the application regarding the creation of ATM card, the employee needs to visit the nearest branch to request for an ATM debit card.
Just bring a valid ID and present the email/SMS invite. - Error in creating the account
If an error occurred during the application, the employee could retry if the reference code is within the validity period as indicated in the email and SMS invite. Same application process shall apply. - Continuing incomplete application
Incomplete or draft application can still be continued within the validity period as indicated in the email and SMS invite.
For New-to-Bank employee who previously uploaded the photo of a valid ID, re-uploading is mandatory before redirecting to the page where the employee last left off.
