I have successfully created an account and I have been using BizKo, why am I being asked again to enter my BPI Online credentials?

Once you change or update your BPI Online credentials (Username and Password) you will be required to key in again to authenticate and verify your identity. This is an added security feature to ensure that your account is only accessed by you.
