WEB
- Log in on your BizKO.
- On top right of your screen, click on the question mark icon to direct you to Bizko Help Center.
- Bizko Help Center provides different options for your needed assistance:
- Articles, manuals and how to videos, Privacy & Safety for data privacy notice. and for Terms & Conditions
- Submit Ticket Request by clicking on "Ask for Help" on top right corner of the page.
- Chat with us
- You can Chat with us. click on the chat widget located at the bottom right of your BizKO dashboard.
MOBILE
- Log in on your BizKo.
- At the bottom left corner of your screen, tap on "Profile" . There are 2 options to find answer to your concern.
- Option 1: Tap on Help Center/FAQ
- To view helpful articles on our our self - serve help center
- Ask for help by submitting web ticket form
