There are two-ways to track progress of your support ticket request:
I. Track progress through email updates. You will receive email updates on your registered BizKO email address.
II. You may track progress through BizKO Help Center Customer Portal
1. On your web browser, log in to your BizKO account or
Access https.//support.bpibizko.com/hc/en-us and sign in through your BizKO account.
2. When signed in, click on Help (?) button to access our help center. Then, hover to "My Activities" or your "Profile" in the top right portion of the page, you will be routed to customer portal.
3. Customer Portal provides you a view of all activities or ticket requests related to all your customer support requests. At any time you can check update or progress of your support/ticket requests by accessing BizKO help center and accessing customer portal.
