1. Yes, click “Collections & Deposits” on the menu ladder. Click the “Request Money” button.
2. Request form will load. By default, the form is set to "Email", click "BizKo" if you’re collecting to a Bizko user too. Fill out the form; The amount, Email/Alias, payor details, and request schedule. Then, click “Next” to proceed.
3. In the Payor details section, click "View Address Book" to select from the list of beneficiaries; Or click "Add" to enroll a new beneficiary.
4. Review the transaction details then click “Submit” when done or click “Back” to cancel or update the details if necessary.
5. For transaction verification, you will receive a One-Time PIN (OTP). Key it in on the OTP verification screen. If failed to receive OTP, click "Resend OTP".
6. Acknowledgement page will be displayed including the transaction reference number. To categorize the transaction, click "Tag this transaction". To download or email the transaction receipt, click the "Options" button. To save the payor details you used in the transaction, click "Save Contact". To save the transaction as template, type in your desired template name on the template field and click "Save".
7. Click “Done” button to return to request money page.

1. Yes. Go to Menu on “Collections & Deposits”, click the “Request Money” icon.
2. Request form will be displayed, provide the amount to collect and tap Next. Before you proceed, you can tap to check Templates, Recent Collections and Settings. Tap “Email” or “BizKo”. Enter all necessary information such as the email/alias & payor details.
3. You may schedule when to send the “request money” from your payor. You may schedule “now”, and “on” a specific date.
4. You may select from the list of beneficiaries or enroll a new beneficiary by clicking the icon in the Payor name field.
5. Click “Next” and a “Transaction Confirmation” will display. Review and click “Submit” when done or “Back” button to cancel or update the form if necessary.
6. For transaction verification, you will receive a One-Time PIN (OTP). Key it in on the OTP verification screen. If failed to receive OTP, click "Resend OTP".
7. An acknowledgement page will display with transaction reference number.
8.You can share the QR Code and tap the three dots for more options such as: Email, Download as PDF, save to contact, and Tag/Categorize the transaction.
9. Click “Done” button to return to request money.
